I made this Pathopysiology Study Guide template to help nursing students and nurses study disease processes and remember ALL THE DETAILS. It's a great tool for students in Patho, MedSurg, Crtitical Care, OB, or Peds clinical rotations! It's also great for new grad or experienced nurses encountering new diagnoses that need to be understood thoroughly.

I designed this Pathophysiology study template in black/white/gray to be easy to print and photocopy for unlimited studying! No need to spend $$$ on tons of color ink. This item is a PDF Digital Download, so you can download and print it from home, no physical item will be mailed to you. Just use standard 8.5 x 11 inch printer paper.

This sheet comes with a place at the top to write the name of the disease process you are studying.. Underneath are boxes for Signs + Symptoms, Pathophysiology, Diagnostic Tests, Medication + Treatment, Nursing Considerations, Patient Education, and Notes. In the listing photos I show you a sample of how you might fill out the sheet for ARDS, but your sheet will be BLANK so you can study all the diseases you need to!
